How to track daily water intake
Drinking enough water sounds simple—and is easy to forget. Twilight Water Tracker lets you set a daily goal in milliliters and log every sip with one tap. No install, no account; data stays in your browser and resets at midnight for a fresh day.
How much water per day?
The familiar “2 liters a day” is a reasonable default; needs vary with body size, activity, climate, and health. Twilight defaults to 2000 ml—adjust between about 1500–3000 ml. Progress you can see beats a perfect number you ignore.
How to use Water Tracker
- Open Water Tracker
- Tap +200 / +250 / +330 / +500 ml for common glass and bottle sizes
- Use the custom field for other amounts
- Undo a mistake or Reset day to clear the log
- Change your goal in the card below and Save
The ring shows percent complete; hitting the goal shows a small celebration. Today’s entries are listed with timestamps.
Habit tips
- Log +250 ml right after waking up
- Pair water with meals so it becomes automatic
- Pin the tab on phone or desktop—logging takes one second
- Don’t count coffee/tea as water here; use the coffee/tea trackers instead
- Raise the goal by 250–500 ml on workout days
