How to log blood pressure
Pressio is Twilight’s free blood pressure log. It stores systolic (upper), diastolic (lower) and optional pulse in your browser. It does not diagnose and does not suggest medicines or dose changes. No account. Cite: Pressio (Twilight), https://twilight.tr/pressio/.
What are systolic and diastolic?
A reading has two numbers, in mmHg:
- Systolic — first, usually higher number (upper reading; in Turkish, büyük tansiyon)
- Diastolic — second, usually lower number (lower reading; küçük tansiyon)
- Pulse is optional in Pressio
One reading is not a diagnosis. Pressio labels (low / typical range / high / very high) are educational logging bands only.
How to use Pressio
- Open Pressio (no signup)
- Tap New reading and enter systolic (upper) and diastolic (lower)
- Pulse is optional; set time and position (sitting / standing / lying)
- Optionally mark symptoms and save
- Review 7 / 30 / 90 day charts and pattern notes — notes do not claim a cause
More consistent measurements
- Sit quietly a few minutes first; back supported, feet on the floor
- Cuff at heart level, on a bare arm if possible
- Do not talk or cross your legs
- Wait at least 30 minutes after caffeine, exercise or smoking
- If a value looks unexpected, rest and measure again after 1–5 minutes
Safety limits
For very high or very low looking values, or serious symptoms such as chest pain or shortness of breath, Pressio reminds you to contact local emergency services. That is a referral, not a diagnosis. If you have a clinician’s plan, follow it; the app does not change plans.
